Are all items secondhand?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, everything we sell is secondhand and individually selected by our team.
What condition are the clothes in?
Condition varies by item. We photograph and disclose any significant flaws in each listing.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 48–72 hours, usually via USPS.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you combine multiple items into one shipment?
Yes, items from the same order are shipped together to avoid multiple shipping fees.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns if an item is materially different from its listing. To process a return, send photos and an explanation of the issue to returns@prethrift.com
How often do you add new items?
New secondhand finds are added regularly, so inventory is always changing.
